THE TIPPING POINT

Real, lasting change requires a structured reset.

When home dynamics reach a critical tipping point, tips and talks are not enough. The yelling, the slammed doors and the daily battles have become the normal.

It is not a lack of love. It is a household that has drifted. Rules that bend. Limits that move depending on who is tired. Kids learn fast what works, and right now the loudest reaction wins.

Both of your instincts make it worse.

When your child explodes, refuses school or locks you out, you crack down like an Enforcer or back off like an Appeaser. Both fuel the fire. The longer the cycle runs, the harder it is to break.

The Enforcer

You crack down.

The Appeaser

You back off.

Tired of putting out the same fires all the time?

The yelling, the power struggles and the shutdowns have become normal in your home

You have tried the tips, the books and the programs, and nothing lasts

The rules bend, the limits move, and your child knows exactly which ones to push

You feel like a hostage in your own home, walking on eggshells

You want someone beside you while it is happening, not just telling you what to do afterward

You are ready to put in the work as a family and commit to new standards

This is a high-level intervention for families seeking an immersive reset. Families who want comfort instead of a plan will not like it here.

Most advice treats the symptom.

A parenting tip will not fix a big problem. An ice pack alone will not fix a broken bone..

Match the support to the intensity, the frequency and the duration of the problem. A rough week needs a small fix. Months of daily blowups need radical action and a real structure.

The Cooperation Shift™ builds an unsinkable mindset through high standards and high support. It moves parents away from the permissive trap and punitive battles toward a kind, firm structure grounded in connection before correction and skill-building.

COACH, NOT THERAPIST

Therapy is one hour a week. Your child lives with you the other 167.

Lorena is a coach, not a therapist. She does not diagnose or treat. If your child is working with a therapist, a psychiatrist or a school team, good. Keep them. Lorena works on the part nobody else can: how your family runs the other 167 hours, so the progress made in therapy actually holds at home.

Coaching works alongside the professionals in your child's life, never instead of them.

Questions parents ask before they join.

Not sure I can afford this.

There’s a cost to join. But a far higher cost to staying stuck. What is six more months of the “yell–regret” cycle costing your marriage or your child’s confidence? We can’t afford to trial-and-error our way through parenting. Their childhood window is too short, and the stakes are too high. This isn’t a luxury; it’s a legacy investment. You’re not paying for content -you’re investing in a proven behavioral operating system, featured on MasterClass and backed by leading psychologists, designed to replace chaos with clarity and build long-term harmony and emotional fitness in your family.

We're so busy. How much time does this take?

This program is designed for maximum ROI on your time. We focus on high-leverage shifts that eliminate the hours currently lost to power struggles, outbursts, and meltdowns. Rest assured, we prioritize working smarter, not harder; this curriculum is tailor-made for high-capacity, busy families. While implementation is required for transformation, the commitment is lean: set aside 90 minutes a week for advisory sessions and 5–10 minutes daily to communicate the vision and share protocols with your child/teen. Most parents find they "reclaim" five or more hours of peace per week.

What if my partner isn't on board?

Most of my successful clients started alone. You don’t need an unanimous vote to change the house temperature. When you stop being the 'Lone Cheerleader' and become the Facilitator, the dynamic must shift. Your partner benefits from a regulated you without ever reading a book. Results usually change their tune.

The "I Don’t Have Time" Objection

You aren’t adding a chore; you’re installing an operating system. Right now, you lose 10+ hours a week to 'behavior recovery' - yelling, guilt, and chaos. This program buys your time back. We don't do 'extra' work; we do daily work differently so you can enjoy your evening instead of collapsing into it.

"My Child/Teen is Extra Difficult"

The framework isn't a 'remote control' for your child; it’s a thermostat for your home. We focus on the Root Cause. Whether your kid is 4 or 16, they respond to your leadership. We don’t give plans for 'easy' kids; we give strategies for 'hard' moments that actually move the needle. Or maybe you're unsure if your family will fully engage. With my experience facilitating EQ activities with thousands of students and teachers, I can promise your family will love it!

"I’ve Failed Before"

Books, scripts, and charts are 'Bandaids' - they don't account for your nervous system. This program is different because we deal with Access. We rewire the 'how' so you can access patience while your kid is screaming. This isn't about perfection; it’s about the Skilled Do-Over. We don't quit; we troubleshoot. If you're concerned about sticking with it. Our weekly coaching sessions keep everyone on track, motivated, and inspired. You won't fall behind, I'll make sure of it.

"Wait Until..." (Bad Timing)

If you wait for a 'calm season' to build a 'calm home,' you'll wait forever. You don't learn to sail on a pond; you learn in the waves. The tantrums and stress are the classroom. Start now, in the mess, to be the leader who is 'unshakeable' by summer.
