Who can use this site

You must be 18 or older, or the age of legal adulthood where you live, to buy my programs. If you are buying for your family, you confirm you have the authority to do so. Teens are welcome to benefit from what their parents learn, but my site, emails, and courses are for parents and adults.

Who I am and what I offer

L.T. Seidel Consulting offers parent coaching, training, guides, and courses. My work is education and coaching. It is not therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment, and it does not replace them. If you or your child is in crisis or at risk of harm, call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or 911, or contact a licensed professional right away.

No guarantees

I share methods that I believe help families. Every family is different, and I cannot promise any specific result.

Free guide and emails

The Mindset Guide is free for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, resell, or post it publicly. By signing up you agree to receive emails from me. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Booking calls

Calls are booked through my online calendar. Please reschedule or cancel at least [24 hours] ahead. An introductory call is a conversation about whether we are a fit and does not create a coaching relationship by itself.

Courses, programs, and payment

-Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

-Refunds: No Refund Policy

-Payment plans: if you choose a payment plan, you authorize the payment provider to charge each installment on the schedule shown at checkout. If a payment fails, I may contact you and may pause access until it is resolved.

-Course materials are for your own family's use. Please do not share your login or resell or record the content.

Intellectual property

All content on my site, guides, and courses belongs to me or is used with permission. You may not copy or distribute it without my written permission.

Group programs and the privacy of others

In group coaching, workshops, and events, please respect other participants' privacy. Do not share another person's name, family details, or stories outside the group without their permission. I will ask for confidentiality in groups, but I cannot guarantee that every participant will keep it, so please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

Accounts and access

If a program has a login, you are responsible for keeping it private and for activity on your account. Please tell me if you think someone else has used it. Please do not record or redistribute coaching sessions, or use my materials to create competing programs, without written permission.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own decisions and for how you use what you learn. Please give me accurate information.

No warranties

My programs, materials, and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, I make no warranties, express or implied, including about fitness for a particular purpose or that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limits on my responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using my site or services. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid me for the service in question.

Testimonials and results

We’ve conducted surveys with our clients to invite them to voluntarily share their stories and progress, and we have their consent to include them in our testimonial flow.

Third-party links and tools

My site may link to other sites or use other tools. I am not responsible for their content or practices.

Technology, availability and errors

I work to keep my website and platforms running and accurate, but I cannot promise they will always be available, error-free, or up to date. Some problems come from third-party platforms outside my control, and you may need to contact that provider for support. I may change prices, schedules, or features. Terms already agreed for a purchase you made still apply.

Affiliate links

Some links may be affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you.

Changes

I may update these terms. Continuing to use my site or services after a change means you accept it.

Dispute resolution

If we have a disagreement, please contact me first at [email protected] so we can try to work it out in good faith. If that does not work, we both agree to try mediation or another alternative dispute resolution process before going to court.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Termination and access

I may suspend or end your access to my website, programs, or materials if you break these terms, share paid access, or misuse content. You can stop using my services at any time by emailing [email protected]. Ending access does not by itself entitle you to a refund. See the refund terms above.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any written agreement or checkout terms for a specific program are the full agreement between us. If a signed agreement for a specific program conflicts with these general terms, the signed agreement controls.
